How do I enter?
The Commercial Motor Awards will open for entries on 30 April 2019. Entry is free and you can enter as many categories as you like just make sure that you tailor each entry to the criteria. Please ensure that you have also read and understood the terms and conditions for entering. Please send in your electronic entry form with your PDF submission through the website before the deadline of 17:00 on 13 September 2019.

Do I have to book my table and submit my entry at the same time?
No, you can submit your entry and book your table either separately or together.

What is the date of the Awards?
Thursday 28 November 2019.

When will I find out if my company has been shortlisted?
The events team will contact all entrants (regardless of whether they have been shortlisted or not) by 10 October 2019. The shortlist will be published on 10 October 2019 in Commercial Motor and on this website. 

When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made at the Commercial Motor Awards Ceremony on 28 November 2019 at the Vox Centre, Birmingham.

What are the timings for the evening?

When will I receive my invitations?
As long as payment for your table(s) has been received in cleared funds, your invitations will be sent to you three weeks before the event.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
You will be able to add this information via the website up until 7 November 2019, by logging in and adding the information to your guest list. If you have been informed after the 7 November of a guest's dietary requirement please email it to

How do I order drinks for my table?
A drinks order form will be sent to you approximately a month before the event, where you will be able to purchase drinks for your table.

Where can I book accommodation for the event?
To assist you with your accommodation and any travel arrangements, we will be using a FREE accommodation and travel booking service with Jigsaw Conferences Ltd. Rates are only available if booked via Jigsaw online here:

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You can purchase tickets on our website by selecting the 'book a table' tab.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing to the registration contact at the address below.

If you cancel on or before 1 July 2019 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15%.

If you cancel after 1 July 2019 but before 17 October 2019 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 15% plus a cancellation fee of 50%.

If you cancel after 17 October 2019 no refund will be given.

Please note this also applies in the case that payment has not yet been received when full payment of your booking would be required.

If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
